Grocery Delivery Support Program
In collaboration with PRISM, Panther Care is now offering grocery delivery support for students who are experiencing transportation challenges. This program is designed to support students who may not have access to the traditional food support programs offered through Panther Care.
What You’ll Get
Students approved for this program can choose one of the following options each month:
- Instacart Digital Code
- $100 per month for groceries via the Instacart app
- Code delivered directly to your Chaffey student email
- Grocery Gift Card
- $100 per month grocery card for a local store
- Must be picked up in person at Panther Essentials (AD 189)
This support is in addition to all other Panther Care resources. Participation will not affect your access to other services.
The Grocery Delivery Support Program is offered as emergency assistance for a limited time and is available only to eligible students.
Eligibility Requirements
You may qualify for this program if you meet one of the following:
- You are currently undocumented
- You are a DACA recipient
- You Meet AB 540 status
- You have a nonresident tuition waiver
And all of the following:
- You are not eligible for CalFresh
- You are actively enrolled at 51ÂÜÀò
- You have a Comprehensive Educationan Plan (CEP) (if applicable)
- You have completed the FAFSA or CA Dream Act (if eligible)
Note: Support is paused if you are not enrolled. You will need to reapply each semester.
How to 51ÂÜÀò
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You will be notified via email once approved.

Yes. This program is designed to supplement, not replace, existing Panther Care resources.
Yes, you may still qualify. Noncredit students can apply as long as they meet all other eligibility requirements. Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Support is paused if you are not enrolled, and you must reapply each semester to continue receiving benefits.
You must meet with a counselor to complete your CEP before your application can be considered.
If approved, your code will be sent directly to your Chaffey student email.
Yes. You can update your selection by contacting Panther Essentials before the next distribution period.
